FAQ

Our products are shipped to mainland Portugal and Spain.
1) All shipments are made to the address registered in the order and the respective contact number. Moskout is not responsible for any error in filling this information by the customer.
2) Shipments are made via carrier. According to the contracted service, the customer will be contacted via SMS to define the most convenient delivery period. Note that someone must be present at the indicated address to receive the order.
3) If no one is found at the indicated address, the order will be considered as undeliverable, remaining in the distributor's warehouse for a period of 6 days so that the customer can arrange a new delivery via contacts 219897900 or logadis.lisboa@gmail.com ( the costs associated with this new delivery are the customer's responsibility). If the customer does not pick up the order within 6 days, it will go to Moskout, where it will be available for collection for 45 days.
4) It is the customer's responsibility for any error in indicating the delivery address as well as in accepting the order.
