BOARDING PROTECTED
We offer some general but indispensable advice:
About 4-6 weeks before traveling, go to a Traveler's Medicine appointment;
Always follow your doctor's advice;
Whenever possible, use light-colored, long-sleeved clothing (trousers and long-sleeved shirts);
Put the shirts or t-shirts inside the pants and the socks over the pants;
Use screens on windows to keep mosquitoes out;
Prefer to sleep in places with air conditioning and/or mosquito nets;
Make the suggested/mandatory vaccination and use recommended products, namely, skin repellents and textile anti-insects;
Watch your body for any insect bites during your stay;
When you return, if you feel sick or notice anything out of the ordinary, talk to your doctor.
